Internal Sales Lead Generation Specialist

As a full-time Internal Sales Lead Generation Specialist you will build a comprehensive map of Red Vista’s most strategic prospects, identifying areas of need, profiling the decision-making process, and interviewing key decision-makers to conduct a needs assessment and internal agendas, specific to Red Vista’s core set of services & solutions.

Through the use of peer-to-peer conversations with senior executives, you will speak to multiple individuals in each target company to gain a cross-functional view of the enterprise and its purchasing behavior. With the ultimate goal of securing 5 – 10 qualified appointments per week.

Qualifications & Experience

Candidates will be expected to demonstrate the following:

  • A proven track record in telephone based lead generation within the IT sector – Ideally into large corporate organistions
  • Well organised with attention to detail and able to manage own workload
  • A confident, articulate and professional manner
  • Very strong work ethic and desire to succeed

Remuneration

Basic salary: £15,500 – £17,750 depending on skills and experience in lead generation + Lead Generation Bonus + Discretionary Bonus; awarded in recognition of outstanding performance
