High-lighting the key areas/elements of the existing ICT infrastructure, where we believe there is scope for review in relation to increasing efficiency and decreasing current operational costs.

This initial stage is designed to promote further open discussion during the review day (date to be set post the 3 audit days), agreement on priorities, associated business alignment and time-scales.

Following this initial stage, Red Vista would wish to work hand-in-hand with the client team to determine further engagement via an open and tangible action plan. Indicating clear objectives. Mile stone goals & targets. Plus a mutually beneficial re-numeration package linked in to the savings and efficiencies delivered. Which will support the running cost investment from both parties.

The purpose of this Criteria Options Matrix is to provide our clients with a structured choice of elements for inclusion in the Efficiency Audit, Report & Review to be carried out by Red Vista’s team. The ’spare’ cells are intended for the client to add any additional elements they wish to be included. Once this matrix has been completed, Red Vista suggests an open discussion format to further qualify the criteria choices made and agree the parameters for engagement.
